Thank you for choosing to donate to Time2Share! Your support is incredibly significant. Being such a small charity, we rely on donations like yours to continue and grow the much loved services we provide to local families with disabled children

£5 will pay for a child living in financial hardship to attend one of our groups
£10 will provide the training for a new volunteer Befriender to support a family in need
£30 will provide all the ingredients needed to run one of our dinner groups
£100 pays for a youth group session offering children new skills, friendships and experiences
£200 could pay for the coach hire for 18 young people to experience a new adventure
Why a donation from you matters so much
Research shows a high proportion of parent carers of disabled children experience mental ill health, such as anxiety or depression, due to social isolation. Also that the majority of parents rate access to play and leisure activities for disabled children as poor. Our short break services provide support for all the family:
  • the child or young person attends a youth group or meets a befriender to have fun, forge friendhsips and develop skills and independence
  • the parent carers get a few hours a week where they can be relieved of their responsibilities and have some time to themselves
Time2Share is a small charity with a solid track record and big aspirations for the future. Your fundraising can help support us through the next steps we want to take to achieve greater outcomes for families we support.
