Profile - Matt

I am a 20 year old nursery nurse going to university so that I can pursue a teaching career.  I started with Time 2 Share through a friend and then had my own link as well as a joint link.  I feel it is a way that I can offer support where needed.  I have done many activities including bowling, swimming, going to the cinema, going to the circus, baby gym, nature walks, going to the park and play centres.  Also, being with the children at home so the parents can sleep.  Professionally, volunteering with Time2Share has given me the chance to attend courses and workshops on a range of issues from autism to makaton.  Personally, words are not enough – some connections are really eye opening.  I have also enjoyed being involved in fundraising.
